Earth Regens

In this darkest hour, when all seemed lost, a glimmer of light emerged from the shadows. They called themselves the Regens, a decentralized community bound together by a shared belief in a brighter future. They were the guardians of the ethos of decentralization, the last bastion of hope in a world that had lost its way.

The Regens held fast to the charters of regeneration, powered by ancient texts of wisdom and knowledge of the untold darkness that humanity has lived to see beyond. Royal Regens

The Regens are a Genesis Freemint collection awarded to Social Network early and select contributors who help bootstrap a vibrant, engaged community of users who share their vision for a regenerative future for the internet.

They are inscribed on Bitcoin Block 9 (mined by Satoshi Nakamoto in 2009) using the Bitcoin Ordinals protocol, with first 108 Royals will be available for a freemint on Magic Eden on March 27th, at 3pm GMT.

Earth Regens

An additional 77k Regens will become available in around the world to lucky users of Earth Wallet to mint on the Social Network L2 mainnet, who visit nearby parks, touch grass, and discover regens around the world helping grow the regenerative economy on Bitcoin.

As users explore the Earth through Earth Wallet, they will be able to catch other rare and diverse Regens, each with their own unique knowledge base and ideas of how to regenerative the planet.

All testnet freemint registrations will gain early access, and be the first to be eligible to claim via aa new beta/testflight release of Earth Wallet, which turns every park on planet Earth, into a canvas for the future of Social Network.

After the early contributor head start period is completed, the official mainnet launch will begin, enabling anyone on Earth to explore the real world, discover hidden Regens, create local art, find airdrops, and so much more on Social Network. Once a day, you can also earn additional Earth points!

Initial Distribution

To allocate the 77,777 regens based on energy efficiency and population size, we determine a country’s energy efficiency score by dividing the global average per capita energy consumption by the country’s per capita energy consumption. Then, we multiply this score by the country’s population to get a weighted efficiency score, and multiply that by the total regens available.
